Muesli bliss balls, the easiest snack ever! Have as a mid-morning snack for a boost of energy – delicious served with a cup of coffee or tea.
- 4 Medjool dates
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 30 gr muesli
This is how you make this super fast snack
- Mix the pitted medjoul dates and peanutbutter finely in the blender.
- Stir in the muesli, if it is too sticky you can add some more muesli.
- Roll into balls, cover and refrigerate until needed.
Tip: You can also make the crust of a healthy vanille strawberry cheesecake out of this recipe, simply use three times the recipe and the crust will be ready to be eaten.
