Muesli bliss balls, the easiest snack ever! Have as a mid-morning snack for a boost of energy – delicious served with a cup of coffee or tea.


  • 4 Medjool dates
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 30 gr muesli

This is how you make this super fast snack

  1. Mix the pitted medjoul dates and peanutbutter finely in the blender.
  2. Stir in the muesli, if it is too sticky you can add some more muesli.
  3. Roll into balls, cover and refrigerate until needed.

Tip: You can also make the crust of a healthy vanille strawberry cheesecake out of this recipe, simply use three times the recipe and the crust will be ready to be eaten.
